Returns and Handling Charges Policy

Product Returns can be requested by filling out ALL the details on the Product Returns section of the Contact Us page of our website.

Requests by you for return of catalogue goods maybe subject to a handling charge if all of the following criteria are not met:

  1. The goods are unused and are bought from the Air Spares catalogue
  2. The goods are in good order
  3. The returns must include a completed goods return note which will be supplied be Air Spares
  4. Any goods to be returned that are outside the 30 days from date of purchase.

Air Sprares cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers. Under no circumstances should goods to be returned be given to a Air Spares representative.

Air Spares is unable to accept any return of goods sourced on a customer's behalf that are not listed within the Air Spares catalogue. Such orders for non-catalogue goods are non-cancellable and non-returnable and as such are accepted entirely at the customer's own risk.
